- 1.Payment is due upon completion of services unless prior arrangements have been made.
- 2.Avis Flooring, LLC is not responsible for pre-existing damage, stains that cannot be removed, or items left in treated areas.
- 3.All furniture must be cleared from service areas prior to technician arrival unless furniture moving service has been requested.
- 4.Results may vary based on carpet age, fiber type, and degree of soiling. We do not guarantee complete stain removal.
- 5.Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.
- 6.Satisfaction guarantee: Contact us within 24 hours of service completion if not satisfied and we will return to re-treat at no charge.
- 7.By signing below, the client authorizes Avis Flooring, LLC to perform the listed services and agrees to all terms.
